Customer service was so bad. The guy was very rude to me and my friends. He snapped at one of my friends and slammed down a Tupperware when I asked to order like I ordered subway not a side of attitude??

I wanted to purchase a Subway Breakfast Set with an add-on of a roasted chicken patty. The staff refused, blaming the POS system. The "workaround" she proposed was absurd: she insisted I buy the Roasted Chicken bread, then top up for the ham, egg, hashbrown, and coffee (entire breakfast) separately. It is baffling that a staff member would block a standard order and suggest a convoluted, backward transaction instead. When challenged, she became defensive rather than helpful, asking for the receipt where I did that order. I have attached a receipt from another Subway location where this transaction was processed correctly. Management, please train your team on how to process simple protein add-ons. You are making it essentially impossible for customers to give you money. Meal type: Breakfast Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
