I ordered via grabfood and one of my item was unavailable. Claris took the initiative to call my mobile however I was occupied at that moment and the app had some issues thus, she couldn’t text. She went the extra mile to personally text me to ensure I get my order right without anything missing just because it’s not available (not everyone does this). I appreciate her attention to detail and I hope this inspires her team and every other outlet to do the same too. Coming from a customer service industry myself, small measures like this made my day. Damn lousy service. Order via pandafood, tuan sandwich 2 scoops, yet receive not a single drop of tuna & just sandwich & veg ONLY. My Italian BMT came 2 patheric bacon strips & where is my additional scoop of egg mayo????!!?? And pathetic Pandafood only willy to refund me $12.54?!!!! WTH!! Where are my MEAT???!!!?? IS THIS KIND OF SERVICE FROM SUBWAY BALMORAL & PANDAFOOD I WILL GET?!!!!? Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
