I ordered rotisserie Chicken set. The lady at the counter said the sauses are pre set and I can choose the veggies. I said Ok but when I saw her add Mushrooms, I told to her to avoid it and she said it comes with it. If I have to exclude it then I have to pay a different price. I explained her, i am fine with pre-defined the set, just dont add in Mushrooms. She said okay and later charged me higher on the Ala Carte rate. This is not the customer service that Subway usually has. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: SGD 10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1

Hi Ramya, We had checked on your case with the team. The order was steakhouse rotisserie chicken set and requested not to add in mushroom. Our staff informed you that even without mushroom, it is better to key as steakhouse rotisserie meal set to enjoy the promotional meal pricing (if they change it to other chicken menu, the meal set cost will be higher), it was agreed and proceed. We understand it wasn't Ala carte rate as you mentioned, to avoid confusion, you may send in your receipt to [email protected], thanks!
