Three to four mornings a week, I walk into Subway Gombak not just for breakfast—also for the warmth of The morning team here. They serve and make every sandwich to the preferences of customers. But lately, the air-conditioning managed by SMRT has been down for over two weeks. Instead of cool comfort, we get a noisy blower, a fan gasping for breath, and wide-open doors inviting in the tropical blaze. Singapore’s heat is no joke. It’s time SMRT stepped up and Fix the aircon! Let the staffs of Subway work in comfort, and the customers to enjoy their meals without melting. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2
