I ordered subway from Seletar Mall outlet via grab app. Received just the bread with lettuce without the chicken. Ordered food via grab as I’m not well and this is what I received. Such a worse service. Grab will take 12 hours to refund without making any re-deliveries. Great!

I visited the store intending to use UOB UNI$ instant redemption for my purchase on 18 April. However, the staff member was unfamiliar with the process and asked me to check with the bank, then proceeded with the payment without properly addressing my request. I would have appreciated it if she had clarified the situation and asked whether I still wished to proceed with the purchase before continuing. This would have made the experience more considerate and customer-focused. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I was at Subway Seletar Mall (Basement 1) today, 27 December 2025 at around 12.45pm, where I ordered three wraps. I would like to commend the two lady staff who served me. Of all the Subway outlets I have visited, their service truly stood out as the most efficient, professional, and pleasant. They worked seamlessly, were attentive, friendly, and handled the order quickly. Excellent work ladies! They are a real credit to the outlet and the Subway brand. I sincerely hope their efforts are recognised, whether through commendation, incentives, or bonuses! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
