Unbelievable, no bread ready at 12pm??? I wasn’t informed of this while I stood in line for 15mins as the staff disappeared behind. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very disappointing experience. The staff were unprofessional and seemed to be laughing among themselves in a way that made customers uncomfortable, almost like they were mocking us. It was not even a busy period (no queue), yet the service was extremely slow and we had to wait for a long time. Definitely not the standard I expect. Hope the management will take this seriously. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
