First time having a presentation like this for dining in at a subway. Ordered a footlong for dine in and a 6 inch for takeaway. The cashier threw away the receipts without asking if I want them. When I asked for them, she picked up from the bin and gave them to me. The bag containing the takeaway 6 inch sandwich contained no serviette so I said "no serviettes". She told her colleague to "pack properly" and I thought that was their lingo to check what was missing etc. They took out the sandwich and repacked clumsily and changed the wrapping paper. My heart ached when some pickles and other veggie dropped out. When it was handed back to me, there is still no serviette! So I repeated again before she shove some serviettes in. And then she forgot my cookies order. No apologies, just silence and attitude. Worst service experience with subway here. Only the Malay lady cashier though. Especially the one making the sandwiches was pretty good. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I do not even wanna give a single star!!! I am writing to complain regarding the experience at Changi General Hospital (CGH) outlet on 30 April 2026 at approximately 12:00 PM. I was served by a staff member named Lyn. Not only was the food prepared poorly, but the ingredients had a noticeably stale and foul odor. When I requested a replacement, the staff member’s behavior became aggressive. Despite the food being unfit for consumption, I was forced to pay for inedible food, which I subsequently had to discard. I observed flies throughout the store and food items left uncovered. It is particularly alarming that an outlet operating within a hospital—where patients and visitors are already vulnerable—maintains such abysmal hygiene and safety standards. This is disappointing. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20
