I am deeply disappointed with my experience at your Subway location today. Not only did I endure an excruciatingly long wait of over 25 minutes, but upon finally reaching the front, I was informed that the advertised new flavor was unavailable. It begs the question: why advertise a product that isn't even in stock? Moreover, despite Subway's reputation for customizable sandwiches, I was denied my choice of bread, which I have consistently requested in the past without issue. The staff's dismissive attitude and refusal to accommodate my preferences left me feeling utterly humiliated. Additionally, when I attempted to salvage my order by requesting to add a protein option for an extra charge, I was once again met with refusal, citing arbitrary "rules" that dictate protein can only be added on the side. This entire ordeal has been the most disappointing Subway experience I've ever endured. It's disheartening to witness such poor customer service and adherence to rigid policies that prioritize inconvenience over satisfaction.
