I was very happy when I saw online that there is a vegan option in Subway HK but the staff were very unkind and actually tried to put regular cheese in the vegan sandwich because they ran out of the vegan cheese. Not only does this disrespect my personal beliefs but can also be very dangerous since I am also allergic to dairy like many people.
