Watch the staff carefully when they make your sandwich. A 6' subway club should have 6 slices of meat: 2 beef, 2 ham and 2 turkey/chicken. However, the other day the staff member put 2 ham, 1 beef and 2 chicken slice instead. If I didn't say anything they would have carried on. When I pointed it out she looked upset... Like I was in the wrong for daring to get what I paid for. It's not the first time such a thing has happened. At the salad section, some staff members will leave out some vegetables if they are in a hurry and you don't watch them closely. They also seem to prioritise drive through customers over in person. I was once 4th in a line of 10 people and it took them 15 minutes to serve me! It's so slow. Apparently people in cars are more important than those of us who stand on our own two legs. The staff members are hit and miss. There are two or 3 who really try their best and are polite... Then there are the others (usually male) cashier's who are always grumpy, short with their words and never thank the customer or throw their change down in front of them. It's a really awful branch that needs better management but it's been like this for so long I doubt it will ever change. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
