留学に来たばかりで、日曜15時半ごろに来店しました。雰囲気は洒落た暗い感じです。 日曜昼なので満席だったのですが、中国語で話しかけられた際に、まだ中国語ができないと英語で話すと席はない、ウェイティングしてもいいけどいつ空くかわからないと突然英語で捲し立てられました。髪が長くて目が細い、話し方がゲイっぽい男の人でした（ゲイを否定しているのではありません、該当の方の特徴を述べたのみです。）ちょうど空いてる席はありました。ほぼ満席だったので忙しそうでしたが、とても冷たい態度で戸惑いました。台湾でされた接客で1番冷たかったです。タバコも吸えるようで、煙たい雰囲気です。感じの良い接客を求める方やビギナーにはお勧めしません。。 직원 대도 너무 안 좋았어요 ㅠ 대만에서 그렇게 안좋은 대도 첨봄 ㅠㅠ 중국어 아직 잘 못하시는 분은 가지마시오ㅠㅠ the staff was kind of rude! 员工的态度好冷淡。如果你喜欢亲切的服务态度、请不要去。

My friends and I call this the "Gay Café" (in a lighthearted and affectionate way) due to a particularly vivid poster on the wall of the loo. The atmosphere reminds me of New York's Greenwich Village - it's unmistakably bohemian and counterculture. I found the service to be pleasant and competent, and the wait staff suitably imbued with that confidently individualistic, artsy attitude that can come off as either annoyingly disconcerted or endearingly aloof, depending on one's state of mind at the time (to me it was charming, mostly because the service didn't suffer for it). Espresso-based beverages have been consistently good over multiple visits. The pub food is well prepared and satisfying. I don't care for the presence of the smoking room, but that's the only reason why I gave Sugar man Cafe four stars instead of five.
