星一もつけたくないですね。 サービスも提供時間も話になりません。 後に来店されたお客様のご飯がどんどん出てくるのに私たちの席は全て後回し。お局のようなスタッフは提供時間を確認して欲しいと伝えたところ、確認すると言って戻ってこない。そして何事もなかったようにフル無視。 どのスタッフも一言も謝らない。笑って馬鹿にした態度。 小鉢も食べ物とは思えない見た目。 お勧めされて来店したのに残念すぎて一生来ることはないでしょう。. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I visited Suikin Japanese Restaurant for the first time after a workout with a few friends, and it turned out to be a great dinner experience. Originally, I had reserved a private room with a city view. A few hours before dinner, the restaurant actually called to let me know that a traditional Japanese tatami room had become available. It didn’t have a view, but I really appreciated them giving me the option instead of simply changing the reservation. I decided to keep my original room, and communication throughout was excellent. Every time I called, someone answered immediately. When we arrived, we simply gave our reservation name and were escorted to our private room. The room was surprisingly spacious, giving us plenty of space to relax, chat, play games, and take photos. What I liked most was that the staff respected our privacy. They didn’t constantly interrupt the meal. Instead, there was a small hand bell on the table, and whenever we rang it, someone came over almost immediately. The only thing I noticed was that green tea wasn’t automatically refilled when our glasses became empty. If they were just a bit more attentive there, the service would be nearly perfect. I ordered the THB 2,700 Kaiseki Course without realizing it normally requires advance reservation. That was completely my mistake, but the chef still kindly prepared it for me after a short wait, which I really appreciated. The courses were served one by one in traditional Kaiseki style: Tofu Mori, Sashimi (three kinds of fish and sweet shrimp), Grilled Wagyu Beef & Fish, Seafood Hot Pot, Oyster, Sushi with Udon, and Dessert. The Tofu Mori was probably my favorite savory dish. Smooth, delicate, and beautifully prepared. The sashimi was another highlight. Every piece was thick, fresh, naturally sweet, and had absolutely no fishy smell. The wagyu was tender, while the grilled fish was soft, boneless, and equally fresh. Most of the sauces leaned slightly sweet. I personally prefer saltier flavors, but that’s simply my own preference. Dessert completely stole the show. The Tonyu Cheesecake was rich, creamy, and easily one of the best cheesecakes I’ve had. At around THB 107, it’s honestly a must-order. Before leaving, we asked whether we could take a few photos inside one of the vacant tatami rooms. Even though we weren’t dining there, the staff happily showed us the room and let us take pictures. It was a thoughtful gesture that made the experience even more memorable. Overall, Suikin offers quality Japanese cuisine, excellent private dining, and genuinely warm hospitality. The food may be slightly sweeter than what I normally enjoy, but the freshness of the ingredients, relaxed atmosphere, and attentive service easily make this a place I’d return to.
