The execution of meats is superb. No weird stinky odours, no soda powder, no weird meat parts with a lot of indigestible tendons. Tried the 酥炸雞扒飯、招牌豬扒酸辣米線、秘製單骨雞翼！I like how clean the soup broth is, it has the fragrance of spices, not exaggerating at all compare to those that only add chilli oil + canned soup broth. It also has the umami of meat broth. Please come and enjoy the food there ! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
