Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience. I found a bug in the food, which clearly indicates serious hygiene issues. Despite this, the restaurant still attempted to charge me a penalty for “food waste,” which is completely unreasonable. Even worse, the staff responded with a dismissive and mocking attitude instead of resolving the issue. They also delayed my departure when I clearly asked to leave. This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional but also raises serious concerns about consumer rights and food safety standards.
