So disappointed. Let me tell you, when we heard Suki Teenoi was opening up a branch near our house in Mae Rim, we were so excited, thought we were going to eat here very often. So we come here, first time with all our excitement, and we’re met with such an attitude and horrible service that is hard to find in Thailand. We’re carrying a sleeping child, but instead of offering help they make us wait and inform us we’ll need to pay for the baby though he’s sleeping and won’t be eating. Hmmmmm. Ok we sitting down, waiting, 5 min later (!!!?) a manager comes and informs us they’ll have to charge us for the baby. We said we already said ok though we don’t understand this policy, pls bring us menu we’re hungry and want to order. Manager points to a very poor card saying this is the menu. Facepalm, we leave. Never coming back. I’d rather pay double for HQ meats in Haidilao, where they’re going to give children menu for free, and treat us properly like guests, even if I have to travel for 20 min longer, rather than eat at this horrendous hotpot place where they treat customers like poo poo Meal type: Lunch Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
