the chinese staff with the rabbit teeth n black ring type specs ( bryan) are very helpful and polite . i went to the machine to order not knowing its for take away told him after abt 5-8min while preparing that i m dining in n he oblinged wo 2nd words ! when meal is ready he come over to table ( was surprise at the kind gesture ) and ask if i ned other condiments which i request for soya sauce . kudos to him something to sukiya to take note 1. FOR GOD SAKE , make ur bloody machines have dine in option ! what era now ? why u cant add dine in? u making ur poor staffs more trouble to change when customers didnt know they opt for take away( YES U put TAKE AWAY ON THE MACHINE TOP, WHO GO TO MACHINE M LOOK UP N DOWN TO FEET ??????) 2. CHILLI SAUCE !!!!! u r lucky u have good staffs helping u in tampines n this kinex. hougang one i dun wan commend la hor k. Like the Japanese gyudon food here. Easy to use phone ordering system. Fast service, for takeaway orders. The food tasted great . Like the monthly limited menu. So there's something new to try out. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Dinner

Why put a signage there asking diners to wait if dine in when there is no server around to assist. Your staff just hides in the kitchen. The female Chinese server display nil service standards and raised her voice when asked the drink served is water or tea. She just stretch her hand across the table without saying excuse me and stuffed the serviettes roughly. She spends most of the time in the kitchen and talks loudly with the kitchen staff and her voice can be heard throughout the whole restaurant. I get it is a fast food chain, but even mcd and yoshinoya staff practise better service standards. Please ask your staff to wear a mask. It is not hygiene to cough widely with her mouth uncovered especially when working in a food establishment. Food is ok .. pickles are abundant Price per person: $30–40 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
