I visited on a Saturday afternoon and it was quiet. The menu was simpler than I expected, but there was a new menu item so I ordered it. Parking is difficult due to the crowded nature of the neighborhood. The quality of the green tea shaved ice was a bit low, but the grilled rice cake was impressive.
