A week into my stay at Sumalee and it’s been amazing. A really welcoming environment with training that pushes you but is tailored to your level. All the trainers are fantastic. I’ve really enjoyed my sessions with Ant, he makes it fun to train. The facilities are good with daily yoga, healthy food, Thai massage and ice baths to help with recovery. I’ve met some amazing people whilst staying here. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you Sumalee!

Great experience staying here for a week! The group sessions were intense. As a beginner the private sessions helped a lot to focus on my technique. All the crew is very welcoming, attentive and fun. I‘ll be returning definitely.

I did a private Muay Thai session at Sumalee Boxing Gym and it was absolutely worth it. The trainer didn’t just rush through drills — he took real time to break down technique, explain why things work, and correct mistakes properly. The session was challenging, focused, and genuinely fun, whether you’re new or already training. If you want quality instruction instead of a generic workout, I’d confidently recommend training here.
