Excellent choice of quality healthy food. Brilliant service and now delivering. Perfect if you want to ensure you are keeping a well balance diet whilts enjoying a take away treat. This would be my first go to place for food if I lived in Phuket

Couldn't speak more highly of Sumalee Ringside Restaurant. It was so good having a restaurant of this quality serving you top class food and delicious shakes & drinks at the training camp. When you're pushing yourself that hard, you can't afford to be putting any substandard food in your body. Sumalee Ringside sorts you out with incredible pre and post workout nutrition without you having to worry one bit. Sumalee Ringside Restaurant combines a healthy take on delicious traditional thai cuisine as well as some quality western dishes which can be a welcome relief after you've been in the country for a while and are getting home sick. One other thing worth noting, is that the service is also exceptional. Head Chef Rhian goes out of her way to make sure your individual needs are taken care of and will adapt things to make them perfect for you. If you want to make the most of your training experience, get shredded and fuel yourself through the long, draining workouts...without having to feel like you're on a "diet"..then this is certainly the place to go
