We had a company dinner and enjoyed a set menu featuring pork belly, pork jowl, and pork neck. The meat came partially pre-cooked, which was incredibly fresh and cooked quickly on the grill. Not only were the side dishes fresh, but the wasabi, kimchi, and all the other ingredients were also top-notch. One memorable highlight was grilling the salted shrimp on the grill — it was my first time trying it, and it was absolutely delicious. We also ordered naengmyeon (cold noodles), which was tasty, and the seafood ramen was packed with scallops and clams, giving the broth a refreshing and rich flavor — the perfect companion for soju. For reference, the BYO corkage fee was 10,000 KRW per bottle. Everyone who joined the dinner had a fantastic time, not just because of the delicious food but also thanks to the wonderful atmosphere.
