シンガポールのコンラッドホテルオーチャード内にある中華レストランです。お茶を使ったペアリングがとても独創的で美味しかったです。お料理も美味しい。ペアリングを考案されているスタッフがとても親切で素敵でした。 This Chinese restaurant is located in the Conrad Hotel Orchard in Singapore. The tea pairings were very creative and delicious. The food is also delicious.The staff who devised the pairings were very nice and helpful. We had an absolutely phenomenal meal at Summer Palace. The entire dining experience, from the first bite to the final dessert, easily earns a full 5 stars. The food looked so incredible when it arrived that we completely forgot to take photos of our starters! The sour plum infused cherry tomatoes were incredibly refreshing, and the salt-and-pepper fried chicken had a perfect, seasoned crunch. The Beijing duck was another massive hit, skilfully prepared with beautifully crisp skin. The dishes we did manage to capture were spectacular. The deep-fried, wild-caught Soon Hock fish was a visual and culinary masterpiece, fried to a perfect golden crisp and topped generously with fresh herbs that balanced the savoury soy base beautifully. The braised crab meat with egg white and toufu was wonderfully delicate, silky, and packed with sweet, premium crab meat. We also thoroughly enjoyed the shredded duck noodles, prepared with the remaining meat from the Beijing duck, which had excellent texture and deep flavour. We finished the meal with a flawless duo of desserts: a flaky, buttery baked egg tart alongside a refreshing osmanthus jelly, followed by a comforting bowl of smooth almond cream soup with a rich, oozy black sesame tang yuan. What truly elevated the afternoon from great to extraordinary was the top-notch service. The staff were attentive without being intrusive, and the chef even came out personally to our table to check on our meal. That personal touch is exactly why Summer Palace remains an absolute favourite. Highly recommended! Meal type: Lunch

It was our first visit to Summer Palace with my family, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. A special mention goes to Celina, whose impeccable service made our visit truly memorable. From thoughtfully guiding us through the menu selections to beautifully coordinating our anniversary celebration, she attended to every detail with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. Nestled within Conrad Orchard, Summer Palace boasts a sophisticated and elegant ambiance, enhanced by its bright and refined open-concept design. The restaurant exudes a sense of understated luxury, making it an ideal destination for both intimate family gatherings and distinguished corporate occasions. Every dish we ordered was exquisitely prepared, especially the French beans with pork. The culinary craftsmanship, presentation, and depth of flavor were outstanding, reflecting the restaurant’s commitment to excellence. Our heartfelt thanks to Celina and the entire team for creating such a memorable celebration. We look forward to returning and experiencing Summer Palace’s exceptional hospitality once again.
