“ Summer stay” is a very nice name and even the hotel don’t exactly look like in the picture, but still is very nice and quiet clean, the only little disappointment was a little the staff and actually also the management was not really nice and friendly but very sure of her self and not kindness at all, I point her two or three problems during my stay and instead to welcome my genuine feedback and check first if I was right or wrong she always straight away say not is not true...First I ask Bcs I m allergic to dust and as I came inside the room I felt my noise and skin each so I ask I think the room is not dust free and she instead to welcome my feed back she replied not is totally clean so I took a small white tissue from the box in front of me and I wiped with it and voila a lot of dust coming out...they informed us that the breakfast is included on the room, so I was not expected a 5 starts hotel buffet breakfast, but at list a simple spread with maybe a good coffee and tea and maybe one or two egg preparations and maybe some fruits and something else is more then welcome, and then if is local or not is fine I mean from the moment is good and can satisfy all kind of people is great. But not the buffet Breakfast was a combination of instant Coffe powder, with a over sweet can juice, cold over boiled egg and tuna sandwich( was good) a kind of salad with surimi some leftover cold spaghetti with pork and some pork sate and some local Thai sweet with pork and some watermelon slice... ( this was the menu) but when we came at 9:00 o’clock the food was almost finish and mostly only the pork items was remaining, when I ask the staff there if it was possible to have just a simple omelet instead she say not not possible if you want egg we have only boiled egg... and if you want real coffe is in chargeable base only otherwise you can use the instant coffee...my friends that came later at 9:15 they find the buffet empty like in the picture here, when I took the pictures and I send by line to the owner instead to straight a way apologizing and maybe try to make us feel more comfortable she just contact her staff asking them to refeel and send pictures to her and almost 3hours later she replied to me telling me not what you say is wrong the buffet was fine never someone complain about our food and today the buffet was not empty, sorry if the buffet was not empty why at 9:15 was empty and like you can see in the pictures, and if really you and your staff do the best to welcome the guest ecc... so why instead when we informed that we don’t eat pork if we can have a simple omelet instead your staff say not possible...Dear Hotel manager, I m been working in hospitality since 20 years now, and let me give you some suggestions:First never say straight away not to a guest, ( always say please let me check first... is very rude and make the guest just absent)You and your staff have to be more nice and welcoming you are there for us, we are not client of your hotel but your guests.If someone give you a genuine feedback take it positively like a opportunity where you improve, and never never say to a guest that what he say is not true Bcs when you saying like this is like if you say to a guest you lieing ..Honestly if I know it is gonna be like this I ll just book a room at Renaisance but I didn’t know that was so close to samea San beach...
