Atmosphere as in the interior was beautifully made but the service was unfortunately very rude. Something occurred in Thai (complete translation unclear due to language barrier) context: complaint from customer side, two ham and cheese croissant that were served still frozen inside, as well as incomplete order for the table. The owner came to complain that his sister which also worked there cried because of the complaints were voiced and that he recommended us not to use his establishment in the future. He did not want to hear any reason why the complaints have been voiced to the barista at all. Weird way to react from business side as well telling customers that their little sister had to start crying because we asked for our order to be completed. Not very customer-centric nor emotionally mature. Coffee was good taste-wise though. Price per person: ฿1,200–1,400 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Unfortunately the reply of the owner to a previous review made, really shows and highlights the truth of the review. Mind you there was never name calling or abuse from customer side but you can clearly see the owner/service who replied insulting verbally by insinuating “cowardly-behavior”. Language barrier coming from someone who did not grew up in this country as well as the metaphor he made about dogs does not really translate well into englisch. Poor customer service and complaints handling :) Price per person: ฿1,200–1,400 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
