Sun Thai Restaurant, with over 20 years of history in HK with 4 establishments in HK, features Southeast Asian delights and provides comfortable seatings that allow customers to experience chill vibes. Deep-fried Spring Rolls Freshly fried crackling spring rolls with glass noodles and black fungus. Served with a sweet and appetizing mango sauce. Tom Yum Soup Thai staple. Crunchy shrimps. Slightly spicy with hints of aromatic lemongrass. Curry Soft Shell Crab Baked in Bread Bowl Recommending this for at least 4 people to share. A pot of creamy and fragrant curry with deep-fried soft shell crab which was crispy on the outside and moist inside. Served with thick garlic bread. Stir-fried Morning Glory in Belachan Sauce Cooked to the right point with nice wok hay. Crunchy and juicy veggies in a savory shrimp sauce.
