Great little hidden cafe, amazing service, good food! Everything was tasty, the orange juice fresh, didn’t wait long. Just be aware that you cannot pay with a normal visa/master card. Thai Scan or Cash. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ฿200–400 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I first heard about Sun to the Moon Cafe from two different people. That's usually a good sign. Some of the best places are discovered through word of mouth rather than advertising. The cafe is tucked away in a mature residential neighborhood behind Speed Gym. Parking can be a bit challenging, but that's mostly because the place is often full of customers. After my first visit, I could see why. The cappuccino is excellent, with a subtle hint of cocoa that makes it stand out from the many coffee shops in Chiang Mai. The food is equally impressive. My personal favorites are the bagel with sweet red beans and the Eggs Benedict with smoked salmon. Both are delicious and beautifully prepared. Chiang Mai has no shortage of great cafes, so it's not easy to become a regular. Yet Sun to the Moon Cafe has managed to lure me back four times in just two weeks. That probably says more than anything else I could write. Highly recommended. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ฿200–400
