Finally!! 4 years in Chiang Mai and I have yet to find a place that makes western style baked goods that are this good until today. You win Sunday Baker! They use real butter and quality ingredients. You literally can taste it. I got the shrimp shokupan, which melted in my mouth. I could eat like 10 of those! Be aware that Thai people like to sear the shrimp, not fully cook it, it’s a style, so not fully cooked if you’re scared of slightly raw shrimp. I also got the London Fog chocolate/caramel cake and orange cranberry scone, both so delicious soft and tender, flavorful and not overly sweet. No dry cake or oily frostings here. Legit chocolate ganache and real cream frostings. I ate them too quickly to take photos. Everything is so fresh. Try them!!!
