ステーキを時々食べます。柔らかくて美味しいです。エスカルゴ通常あまり好きでないけど、ここのは美味しい。

Causeway Bay Sunning Restaurant, one of the local restaurants serving localised western food with quite a decent service like offering 2nd helping of bread, topping up your water glass…. even the largest local airlines crew will not do even when you travel on their Business class. The starter of baked escargot with mashed potatoes, sounds like very Francaise. Comprador Soup a cream base soup with most of the chinese ingredients, it used to have shark fins nowadays of course with the fake ones.. This HK style fried Pork Cutlets though without the those fats like the high end imported pork, still tender and flavourful! Chicken a la King, one of my all time favourites, taste very close to those I had at the Russian restaurants back in the 60s, 70s. A green salad and the dressing came in a sauce bowl… so fuzzy. They maintain very good quality of the food, still insist on the proper table setting, serving course by course, each course at it right temperature.
