Ordered several boxes of pineapple cakes for CNY gifts in advance. Expected delivery on 22 Jan, they tell you that’s their ship out date so expect deliveries within 2 days. (Wow that’s such a change from past years when the date given is the actual delivery date.) Best is they actually missed out on your order so it wasn’t picked up (god knows what would have happened had I not contacted them after waiting the whole of Sat in vain) and then they expect you to wait an additional 2-3 days for your order to be delivered after they arrange for order to be picked up, with no idea what time and when the order will come. When you try contacting them further with a hope to find out a more indicative date as you urgently need to send out the gifts, customer service is then non-existent as they proceed to ignore your phone calls, emails and messages. Be warned.

Ordered 12 boxes of tarts mid Jan, supposed to be delivered by 2 Feb, still no sign of it. Customer service said will check and get back, also no follow up.

Horribly disgusting experience. I purchased tarts from their website as a gift. Had to get it delivered 12 days before CNY simply because they blocked out the Feb dates. No issue to me initially. Then to my horror, they sell on shopee with deliveries available in Feb. Worst thing is I ordered few weeks in advance and paid 30% more but yet they could not fulfil their prior promise to deliver at a requested timing. Feel so cheated by the customer service officer. Unethical. Will never buy from them again and will tell all I know not to. There are definitely nicer ones out there.
