This was one of the many coffee shops we visited during our stay in Koh Tao. The coffee tasted okay, quite bland in tasting compared to other coffees I’ve had in the area. The price is fairly good though, it is cheaper than all of the other coffee shops I have visited. However, you do get what you pay for. The atmosphere of the shop itself was nice, it is animal friendly, and workspace friendly and there was plenty of seating which added to a nice vibe. If you regularly drink coffee/ visit coffee shops you will know how you don’t like being too warm or cold as it makes the whole experience uncomfortable and difficult to drink the coffee- there is no air conditioning here, only fans which just blows around the first warm air inside of the shop. In this area, this is the second factor which usually determines a good coffee shop from a brilliant coffee shop. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: ฿1–200 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Judging by the other reviews and images I knew this place would satisfy my soul and quench that caffeine crave. The Dirty coffee, which is a punchy roast pressed through a cafelat robot, paired with vanilla milk is heavenly and refreshing as it’s served cold. Praise the lords above I’m on the island another 4 days. Not to forget our charming barista is a lovely, welcoming host. Top marks on the simple airy flow of the shop too. Sunrise Specialty Coffee, let’s get married? Service: Dine in Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ฿100–200
