We bought seafood from Sam Shing Estate and had it cooked at Sunset Joy Beach Kitchen. This is a great alternative to the restaurants at Sam Shing (unless the weather is too hot). We enjoyed the Clay Pot Oyster with ginger and spring onion, Spicy Wine-Stewed Sea Snails, Stir-fried razor clams in black bean sauce with a pan-fried rice vermicelli base, and Hakka Stir-Fry. The quality is consistently reliable, and we particularly liked the suggestion of having a pan-fried rice vermicelli base for the razor clams; it was a good match indeed. Price per person: $100–150 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
