I had a very relaxing stay at Sunstone Koh Chang. The hotel has a beautiful resort vibe with a peaceful atmosphere that is perfect for resting and enjoying nature. It is located right next to the sea, so you can enjoy an amazing sunset view every evening. The environment is very quiet, beautiful, and surrounded by lovely gardens, flowers, and nice landscapes. The young receptionist was very friendly, welcoming, and kind. She also showed us around the hotel, which made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. The hotel also provides motorbike rental service, which is very convenient for exploring Koh Chang. The only downside is that there is no shuttle service provided by the hotel. Overall, it was a very peaceful and enjoyable stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet getaway with beautiful scenery and relaxing resort vibes. Service: 5

Would be nice place,but the price is to high for location and service. They take a deposit and try to keep it later. We had to wash the sheet from few blood dots to get money back. What a shame! No beach access. Regular orce start from 2500bht per night. Do not recommend! Service: 1

Wow what a great stay on Koh Chang! Great place to explore the lonely beach area while having a private getaway to escape to. We spent a lot of our time relaxing on our waterfront deck listening to the waves crashing. The hotel is only 2 months old (as of February 2026) and everything is carefully thought out to be both comfortable and stylish. We stayed in the room Amber 3 and couldn’t have asked for better. Extremely comfortable beds in combo with the sound of the waves made us have the best sleep of our trip. The room was clean and had all the little things we needed (blow dryer, mini fridge, kettle, coffee machine, AC, etc). A special note to the staff of sunstone for really going above and beyond. Our stay was over Valentine’s Day and my boyfriend reached out to organize a surprise. Despite the short notice they pulled off a stunning decoration with exceptional details like a hand drawn card and gorgeous bouquet. They also organized a romantic sunset dinner for us and the food was delicious! We came back for dinner the next night as well. Overall outstanding service, super relaxed vibe and luxurious amenities. We can’t wait to come back again next time we’re in Koh Chang!! Highly recommend to anyone celebrating a special occasion or just wanting to treat themselves to a relaxing time. Service: 5
