Affectionately known to locals as the "KFC kopitiam," Super 28 remains a dependable destination for a solid lunch. The recent extension of the sheltered seating area has significantly improved the dining experience, making it much more comfortable even during peak hours. In the highly competitive Toa Payoh food landscape, this coffee shop holds its own with a diverse and quality selection of stalls. We recently tried the Totofish Steamed Fish, and it was a highlight; fresh, well-executed, and perfect for a wholesome midday meal. Whether you are a regular or just passing through, it’s a reliable hub that consistently delivers on variety and value. Price per person: SGD 1–10 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Disappointing experience at the drink stall. My iced tea was filled to the brim with ice, leaving very little actual drink inside. Totally dishonest and definitely not worth $1.90. Meal type: Lunch

Super 28 Coffee Shop is located at Blk 184 Toa Payoh Central #01-372 Singapore 310184, conveniently accessible by Public Transportation & Toa Payoh MRT. Today my family & I enjoyed Ma-Ma-Bee Nasi Lemak Set A with Chicken Wing 椰漿饭套餐加鸡翅膀, Mee Rebus 马来鹵面 and Laksa 叻沙 from eatery stall Fei Seong 肥雄, very delicious traditional savory flavours tasty with fresh ingredients with beverage drink Barley, Chrysanthemums yummy Staff friendly helpful & attentive with cleanliness ️we hope cooling fan can be in place for better dining experience ️️ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
