Amazing place! I went there with a few friends who have dine there many times. At first I was skeptical but after entering the restaurant, I felt much better. As soon as you enter, you can pick any table you want so you could put your stuff down and go where you are suppose to pick the ingredients. It was really simple, you just take a bowl and tongs then put what you want to eat in your bowl. After you are satisfied, you go to the counter, tell the cashier what soup you want, pay (depends on the weigh of your bowl), and take a beeping device. After a few minutes when the kitchen is done cooking your bowl, the device will beep and you can go get your bowl from the counter. There was a wide variety of sauces to choose from. The staff were really nice too! Meal type: Dinner
