Been waiting a few months to get back to Hua Hin and try Superfish. And yes, it's as good as many people say it is. Okay, so there's no cod or haddock and the owner makes it abundantly clear why - They have excellent standards and are not willing to compromise them, which is great. The fresh fish was delightful and covered in a really nice batter. The UK chip shop style chips were perfect and the mushy peas were by an absolute mile the best I have tasted in Thailand. In addition, the service was excellent with smiles all round. I meant to take a picture or two, but in my excitement to get stuck in when it arrived, I completely forgot ... I'll be back soon! PS - We need a place like this in Bangkok ... Just saying :) Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ฿200–400 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I discovered Superfish on Google Maps. It’s close to where I live, so I thought I’d give it a try. Honestly, I was positively impressed. The staff are super friendly, and the food was made to order. I had the fish and chips, and it was not just good, it was excellent. At first, I didn’t notice the backyard seating area, but the lady kindly offered me a seat there. The place is very clean, with branded tablecloths and everything you need, including Heinz ketchup, salt, vinegar and more. I can highly recommend this place. Price per person: ฿200–400 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Absolutely the best fish and chips I’ve had in Thailand. The fish and the batter are superb as are the chips, it was just like eating from a chippy back in the uk! I’ll def be back for a Friday fish and chip supper. Nice one, well done. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
