当日直前の予約の連絡だったため、当初予定していた時間は埋まっていましたが、もう少し後の時間帯であれば入れるとご提案いただき、来店できました。店内は、広くはないものの落ち着いた雰囲気で、寛げます。我々含め海外のお客さんが比較的多いですが、おそらく現地の方が誕生日を祝っていました。食事は、西洋料理にタイ料理のエッセンスを混ぜた？ユニークなもので、ホタテのグリルや、店名を冠した牛肉のステーキ・エビの唐揚げ等を食べましたが、いずれの料理もハーブが効果的に使われており、とても美味しかったです。ちなみに、ワインもグラスで楽しめます。サービスもマダム？が目を光らせており、快適です。価格は他の店よりは高めですが、このクオリティをこの価格で食べられるのであれば、むしろお得と感じました。またプーケットに来たら、是非再訪したいレストランです。. Surf & Turf by Soul Kitchen was phenomenal. Every dish was packed with flavor and beautifully balanced. The seafood was fresh, the meat was perfectly cooked, and the portions were spot on. This was easily one of the best meals we had in Thailand and one I’ll be talking about long after the trip. If you’re in Phuket, make the reservation. It’s absolutely worth it. Devine food for a small price! EVRYTHING here is delicious. The restaurant is real cozy with a good vibe, chill music and happy to please staff. I am pretty sure the chef here is god in human clothing, because i go to heaven with each bite!
