We walked in the rain to get a waffle as the posted hours open were from 9am; we got there at 11am and the door was locked. Don't advertise you are open from 9am when clearly you are not!

We was looking for a breakfast because the breakfast in the Surintra hotel is uneatable and found this great location! Great breakfast, great dinner, friendly staff and fair prices... I can recommend the Surin Chill House to 100%
