ウェスティン朝鮮ホテルの最上階にあるSushiChoさん。 コースはお値段もそれなりにするが、クォリティーは日本の高級店の遜色ないレベル。握りは赤酢。ちょっと酸味が強いが酒が進む。気持ち握りが緩かった。 またオリジナリティーも素晴らしくて、大トロは脂が多いからワサビを追加で乗せたり、締めは抹茶モナカ。 日本酒は黒龍なんかも置いてて感動。. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My wife and I ate dinner at Sushi Cho twice during our extended stay at the Westin Josun Seoul.On the first visit we had tuna sashimi 3-types which was definitely the best tuna we've ever eaten. We also had the chef's special sushi which, again, was very memorable. Our second dinner there was the chef's premium sashimi selection. I lost count of the number of items but each was delicious and tender. The sea urchin was a special treat we will never forget. The service was excellent. Our servers spoke very good English and they were extremely helpful, explaining every course and item. Expect to pay more than at most other Japanese restaurants, but the experience is well worth it.
