寿司は美味しかったです。
しかし今朝行った時、開店前並んでいたら、一人の席があまっちゃって、店員さんに前の列に連れられ、その後一人のおじいちゃんが戻って来て、列に割り込んだと感違え、私にあっちに並べと言われ、とても頭に来ました。入店したら、女性大将のお父さんとわかりました。美味しい寿司を楽しむ気分が台無しにされました。

Warning : This place will ruin your tastebuds that you will never like localised sushi in your own country (outside Japan) anymore... We queued at 3.30am, got in at 6.30am! Considered lucky already! If anyone is SERIOUS (I really mean REALLY SERIOUS) with their sushi, this would not be a disappointing experience of their taste bud. BUT if you don't appreciate sushi or raw food, you will think this queuing experience is not worth it. This place is not for people who would think like "do you like sushi?" "Ya, maybe, I don't mind sushi." Sushi Dai is more for "Yes, I love sushi, I can have it anytime." There're some sushi which I didn't really like, but Sushi Dai totally changed them. Sea urchin and baby squid may sound or had given some bad experience to many people, but when we had them here, the taste buds just had a revolutionary exploration. No sure if it is the skill of the chef or the freshness of the seafood, will go Tsukiji another time and try out other place to verify this. To be honest, I really really love the sushi here that I'm willing to pay double or even triple the price but the queue was painful (mind you that the minimum spend in this place is ¥4000, which gives you 9 sushi of the day + 1 sushi of your liking together with egg roll, miso soup and hot tea, however the 9 sushi of the day is trusting the chef, so they will serve you what's best in their restaurant of the day, so you have to be adventurous enough to take the challenge if you don't appreciate sushi to start with). I would never want to queue with my partner unless she too willing to queue for at least 3 hours for this really amazing tastebuds experience. Wanna do it again? YES!!! I WILL BE BACK!!!
