They served cold and uncooked Minion hamburger. We waited for an hour and 10mins for them to serve and still it’s raw chicken patty. I did not know and serve it to my kid then realised that he didn’t want to finish it. I took a bite then realized it’s cold n uncooked. I told the cashier Lester and the female manager but they told me “oh ok since it’s bill already I will feedback to my kitchen”. But the manager was the one who served me without checking. Horrible experience in service n food. I will never recommend anyone to go that outlet. Meal type: Brunch Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

We had dinner at sushi express yesterday . During our meal, my daughter accidentally dropped her phone on the floor. A female manager noticed it immediately, came over, and kindly said, “It’s okay, let me pick it up for you.” I just wanted to give her a big thumbs up for her initiative, kindness, and friendly service. Even though the restaurant was very busy, she still took the time to help us with a smile. Her thoughtful gesture made a great impression on us. Thank you for the excellent customer service!
