Severe lack of sushi options (90% of the items going around were either desserts or the most expensive plates, or random stuff like cucmber??), had no salmon sushi or prawn, everything we wanted had to be ordered manually. What made things worse was the manager that kept shouting so unnecessarily loudly that my ears actually felt pain. One server asked what sushi I wanted, went and told the kitchen, 10 minutes later nothing came out and seems like she forgot and was doing her own thing. Plastic lids were dirty too, could see oil stains and stains from other things. Definitely the worst Sushi Express experience I have ever had. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Questionable hygiene standards. Short of staff. Place is big and belt is full, but the same things have been on the belt for rounds. I also noticed their kitchen staff has been wearing the same gloves and doing different things throughout my whole dining time there. She lay the plate, pack the covers, touch the air fryer, fridge, open plastic packaging, and worse is the cloth she wipe her table, then touches all the food with the same gloves! Felt disgusted after seeing that! At one point the vege she already took out and lay on plates but they were chatting with the vege just laying in front, and then her colleague say don’t do that type first, so she just simply pour them back into the box and store back in fridge! Meal type: Dinner Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

This outlet is one of the best so far it has a very large variety of food and are super fresh but restaurant is hot seems like no air con. Manager is super friendly and very enthusiastic that attracts people to come and dine in the restaurant Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $100+
