We went to Sushi Gin for lunch on a Saturday and were blown away by the quality and freshness of the sushi. We opted for 15 pieces and each sushi was carefully put together by the incredible Sifu/Chef Do. With a sprinkle of yuzu here and dash of another ground herb there, we finally found a restaurant that can compare to the spectacular sushi restaurants in Tokyo. Boy did I get my sushi fix after a few months in the UK where frankly, creativity in sushi means an onigiri! Please try and ask for Chef Do. You won’t be disappointed. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch
