Food was mediocre. Steamed egg was way too salty. Sashimi are fresh in general. Way too noisy though! And everyone is rushing for closure by 22:00, so better go early. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

We found Sushi Hisayoshi by accident while walking by, and it exceeded expectations. They offered two omakase menus; we went with the more affordable option, yet the portions and variety were so generous I wasn’t sure how we’d finish it all. Each course was beautifully prepared, and the dessert simply melted in the mouth—truly wow. Excellent value and a memorable experience. Highly recommended! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: HK$500+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
