Sushi Kit offers a wonderfully refined Japanese dining experience, with a lovely balance of understated elegance, quality, and attention to detail. The sushi was beautifully presented, with exceptionally fresh ingredients and a clear emphasis on quality. Each piece was carefully prepared, allowing the natural flavours and textures to shine without being overwhelmed by unnecessary seasoning. There was a real sense of precision in the preparation, from the rice to the selection and presentation of the seafood. I also appreciated the overall ambience. The setting is sophisticated yet comfortable, creating an atmosphere that feels special without being overly formal. The service was attentive, polished, and discreet, which added to the experience without taking away from the food. What stood out most was the consistency and attention to detail throughout the meal. Every course felt thoughtfully considered, and the experience was both elegant and enjoyable from start to finish. Sushi Kit is certainly a place I would recommend for anyone who appreciates quality Japanese cuisine, beautiful presentation, and a more elevated dining experience. Located in a quiet street in Wan Chai. Tried both their shorter and longer lunch omakase menus. Ingredients are fresh, chef Kit is friendly, good vibes to enjoy good food with good company. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $500+
