Omakase with heart. That’s what I would use to describe this place. Very new (opened in Feb 2025) and helmed by one person sushi master at the counter, this is remastered version of Sushi Moon from previous location. 18 dish omakase with very unique ingredients notably soy salted egg yolks on sashimi, vinegrette oyster and crunchy garlic sea shrimp sushi will leave customers over the moon true to name no pun intended Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
