They charged me for the food 14% more than their quoted price. Then they added 10% service charge, then 7% VAT on top of everything.

Sushi Otaru is situated at Mixt Chatuchak (first floor). Authentic sashimi here. Prices can be on the high end, but the quality is well worth it. Fresh. Good services here. Food doesnt come too long.
