おそらく現存する寿司屋で最高クラス。最高の味と最高のおもてなし最高の環境、全てが高品質。 ハッキリ言って価格は高い（5万以上）ですが、完全に納得して帰れます。 逆にそれに納得できない人、レビューサイトの懸賞目当てのテキトーなレビュアーは訪れるべきではありません。この味とサービスが理解できない方はそんなことをする資格はないし、2度と店のレビューなどしてはいけません。 大将の手がける味や雰囲気、提供までの演出に対するこだわり、女将のサービスにかける細やかな気遣い、全てが最高です。 味の感想、店の成り立ちや世間話であっという間に3時間は過ぎてしまいます。 次回のリピートは必須になるかと思います。 あまりに混んで予約が取れなくなるのは勘弁してほしいので、正直、あまり知られたくないです。 なので、これを見てもこの店には行かないでください。. By far one of the coolest and most delicious dining experiences I’ve ever had. I’ve been to 3 Michelin star restaurants all over the world and this by far exceeds them. The experience was so unique and delicious. Each course was so carefully curated. Little bit of a splurge but totally worth it. The staff and chef were so kind and welcoming. Will definitely go again the next time we come to Kyoto Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

What an unbelievable experience we had. We snagged a reservation last minute and had an unbelievable omakase experience. The taste of the seafood, personal sauces and also the in between palate cleansers were all well thought out, ingredients the best of what’s local and the atmosphere immaculate. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
