if you like sushi with lots of sugar, this is for you. but everything from soy sauce to rice were way way way way too sweet, except for dessert which was normal. fish quality was good but completely wasted and overpowered by the excessive and totally unnecessary amount of sugar. thing is i'm not sure it is food that the sushi chef enjoys himself. maybe he's double-guessing what young people would like these days? makes me sad to think about it. nigiri was also somewhat sloppy. sometimes it is hard to pick up the piece without it breaking.
