I went to Sushi Taka at Hong Kong Airport hoping to enjoy a good sushi dinner before my flight. To my disappointment, there was no sushi available at all, despite the restaurant's advertising and promotional flyers displayed both at the venue and throughout the airport. The worst part, however, was the Tempura Don. Being in Hong Kong, even at an airport, I expected something reasonably authentic and closer to the quality one would find in Japan. Instead, the tempura was extremely greasy and overly crispy, suggesting poor preparation and little understanding of Japanese cuisine. The meal was such a disappointment that I actually felt uncomfortable and heavy in my stomach later during the flight. It seemed as though there was no quality control whatsoever. Considering the price and the many better dining options available at the airport, this was a complete waste of money. A very disappointing experience overall. I would definitely not recommend it! ! I appreciated the chef's skillful handling of the sushi and his serious work attitude. The food hygiene and environment were very clean, and the staff were friendly. The food quality was average, nothing particularly surprising, but worth a try. Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
