During my recent visit to The Mall Korat, I stumbled upon a true Japanese gem called **Sushi Tama**, located on the 1st floor in the Food Hall Take Home zone. As a "Tokyo Modern Restaurant," it immediately caught my eye with its airy, open-sushi bar vibe that feels incredibly comfortable and not at all cramped. It is the perfect spot to sit back and enjoy the fresh flavors of Japan right here in Korat. I started my meal with the Salmon Teriyaki Don Plus+ Washoku Set. The seasoning was perfectly balanced, but the real highlight was the Maguro. I also ordered the Kaisen Zuke Temaki Plus+ Sushi S Plus+ Maguro Monaka and the Maguro Negitoro Tema. The fish was exceptionally fresh, which is no surprise since the restaurant sources premium ingredients directly from Hokkaido. Every dish was prepared with a level of precision you’d expect from a kitchen led by a experience chef. The atmosphere really enhances the experience; the open-style decor allows you to watch the chefs work their magic up close. Speaking of the team, the staff were very attentive and the chefs were friendly and personable, adding a warm, welcoming touch to the meal. If you are looking for authentic, high-quality sashimi and sushi that doesn't disappoint, I highly recommend stopping by. Also, if you are a KTC credit card holder, keep an eye out for their promotions or point redemptions to make your visit even more rewarding.
