青魚が食べられて貴重だと思います。お味噌汁や茶碗蒸しなどのサイドメニューも安定の美味しさです。混んでるので予約がオススメです。アプリから簡単にできます。

Disappointing Experience The owner of this restaurant needs to take a look at this. I’ve visited this place many times in the past, but unfortunately, the service has dropped significantly. We were queuing as usual at the entrance when we realized our number had been skipped. When we brought this up, the waitress, B L, responded dismissively, insisting that we had “missed our number” and that it had already been called on the system. However: Our number was never called. It did not appear on the “missed queue” display. I raised the issue immediately, yet no effort was made to prioritise our entry. Instead, B L proceeded to call the next three numbers—also two-seaters—before us. This handling felt unfair and frustrating. I later spoke to the manager (I believe his name was H), but did not receive a sincere apology or any indication that the issue would be taken seriously. There was no sense of accountability or assurance that staff would be addressed. There is also instances of the staff counting the colored plates and bigger plates wrongly Overall, a very disappointing experience compared to our previous visits. I hope the management looks into this and improves both service standards and customer handling. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: SGD 20–30
